Based on my Yelp friends' reviews, I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and I'm so glad I got to try tonight! One of my favorite thing about Korean food is banchan (side dishes) as it's so fun to sample a little bit of everything. There were 8 different kinds brought out and I would say taste was about average but I appreciated the diversity and plentifulness. I could make better but it takes a lot of time and effort to make each side dish so I always appreciate someone else doing the cooking. We ordered galbi- Korean beef short ribs, spicy pork belly, and oxtail soup to share. The portion sizes were huge! Could have easily fed 5 people. Both galbi and spicy pork belly were flavorful. I just had a bit of the soup and it was just ok as I expected a richer broth. We were all very full and still had so much leftover to take home. They do charge a 3.5 percent transaction fee for credit cards which is a pet peeve of mine but I honestly didn't mind as it was a TON of pretty good food with great prices. Service was very good although the restaurant was pretty busy, especially for a weeknight. We all said we'd be back so that's always a great sign.

This place always hits. Their banchan is delicious and I CRAVE their soft tofu soup. I always get the mixed option with brisket, seafood and a random choice (today was intestines and it was delish). The kimchi pancake is huge but so good. Japche serving was enough to feed a family! Love this restaurant!!

The restaurant features 2 sections, one for the a la carte Korean bbq and another for a la carte dining of soups and such. Having a craving for Korean food I found this tasty establish to offer a wide variety of dishes to choose from that are also quality. The banchan, from my experience, rotate? or have never all been the same in the times I've so gone. All in all, great though I would (and have) go out of my way to come here. The staff are also incredibly attentive and friendly.

After watching so many K drama I wanted to have a nice Korean food and found this Koreatown Restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting with a lively yet comfortable vibe. The service was friendly and attentive. Since it was my first time here, the server was so helpful by explaining the menu items. The standout was the bulgogi which was perfectly seasoned and tender. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.
